I currently reside in Ruskin Florida and Bedrock communities bought our Mobile home Park and our rent has been going up up. When I moved here the lot rent was $350 when Jeff Horn on the property. Now it's coming up to $550 after about 7 years of living here. Will Neptune be sold if it's not owned by a company any time soon?
