Welcome to Neptune Village Our park is nestled in between the waters of Tampa Bay and the Little Manatee River convenient to shopping and restaurants. We are a 55+ community offering 158 spacious lots with reasonable rent which includes water, sewer and garbage pick-up. Here you can enjoy our warm resort-style pool, tournament-sized shuffleboard courts and lots and lots of social activities in our beautiful clubhouse.
We offer many winter activities to keep our residents active, happy and mingling. Come join our craft and sewing club and make beautiful quilts. Try your luck at Bingo twice a week or play your hand on card nights. Kick your heels up at our dances or relax and enjoy the savory tastes of our potluck dinners. Neptune Village has something for everyone.
If you prefer the outdoors, we offer various opportunities to enjoy the outdoors with friends. Join our shuffleboard crew and be involved in our yearly tournaments. Golfers meet once a week to perfect their swings and keep their skills sharpened. You can also take a stroll down the street through our sister park and catch some dinner in the Little Manatee River.
The holidays at Neptune are the best. You can always expect dinners and parties galore. At Christmas time, we have our annual golf cart parade which is so much fun for everyone. Holiday home decorating contests keep our park looking festive and get everyone in the holiday spirit.
We welcome furry friends with some restrictions and have a wonderful dog park to keep them happy, healthy and safe while they play.
